So, you want to know what is in my bag? I can’t fit it all in one bag, so I normally carry about 4 to a session if I do not need my studio lights. If I need those, the number of bags ranges depending on the lights I need and if I need backdrops and stands. I have two main bags and two miscellaneous bags. Pictured below are my two main bags. The bigger bag is a Think Tank Photo bag with security locks and chains. It has wheels, so I just pile most of my other bags on it and away I go! The smaller main bag is a Pelican and has plenty of room. Here are the contents of the bags…
Think Tank Roller:
1. Canon MKIIds 2. Canon 5d 3. Canon 100mm f/2.8 Macro 4. Canon 24-70mm f/2.8L 5. Compact Flash card case with 5 8-gig cards, 4 4-gig and 2 2-gig cards. 6. Canon 24-105 f/1.4L 7. My only non Canon lens is a 12-24mm Sigma wide angle 8. Rechargeable batteries (a bunch) 9. Canon 70-200mm f/2.8L 10. Canon 10d 11. Spare battery for MKII 12. External battery pack 13. Sekonic L758 light meter 14. Canon 550EX flash head 15. and 16. Canon 580EXII flash heads. 17. Canon 50mm f/1.4 fixed lens 18. Canon 2x converter for the 200mm lens. 19. Manfroto tripod and grip. Out of sight on the cover are various light modifiers, tools and miscellaneous things.
